Beat The Heat With Santan x Crème De La Crème’s Nasi Lemak & Cendol Ice Creams

As we celebrate our love for this country in the upcoming days, Santan restaurant and local ice-cream maker Crème De La Crème are teaming up to bring us two truly Malaysian flavours – Nasi Lemak and Cendol ice-cream.

The Pak Nasser’s Nasi Lemak ice-cream and Pandan Cendol ice-cream are limited-time offerings in conjunction with Merdeka and Malaysia Day celebrations.

If you’ve flown with AirAsia before, you would recognise the taste of its famous in-flight nasi lemak. The flavours are being replicated in ice-cream form by using the same sambal swirled on top of a creamy coconut ice-cream and topped with crunchy ikan bilis and peanuts.

For those with a sweet tooth, the Pandan Cendol ice-cream will bring back nostalgic memories as a Malaysian, with traditional dodol churned into a creamy coconut ice-cream, topped with flaky coconut flakes.

Both flavours come in a single-serve cup priced at RM8.80, which is available exclusively at Santan Mid Valley and Sunway Pyramid outlets.

You can also get the ice-creams at Crème De La Crème Uptown Damansara and Mont Kiara outlets from 28 August 2020.
